GiGi’s PlayHub is a parent-attended indoor play and enrichment center. Parents or guardians are required to remain onsite with their children during play sessions. Our Website and services are not intended to provide licensed childcare or medical treatment.

GiGi’s PlayHub serves families and children, including children in the approximately 2–10 age range for many experiences. Parents or legal guardians should complete registrations, reservations, inquiries, and other Website submissions involving a child. Children should not independently submit personal information through the Website. If we knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 in circumstances where COPPA applies, we will follow applicable requirements, including parental-consent requirements when required. GiGi’s PlayHub’s ordinary play, enrichment, and event services are not medical or therapy services.
