About the Space
No. GiGi's PlayHub is an activity and event center. We offer parent-attended open play, optional enrichment activities, and special events. We do not provide licensed childcare services.
Our experiences are best suited for children ages 2–10, though some activities or events may be tailored to specific age groups.
No. GiGi's PlayHub does not provide meals, naps, or custodial supervision. Families are responsible for their children outside of scheduled sessions.
Sessions & Supervision
Yes. All Open Play sessions are parent-attended. Parents or guardians must remain onsite for the duration of the session.
No, parents must remain on the premises.
Early Bird Open Play is a 1-hour, weekday morning session designed for younger children. It is parent-attended, cannot be extended, and cannot be combined with standard Open Play sessions.
Sensory Friendly Play offers a calmer environment with reduced noise and lighting. These sessions are open to all families, parent-attended, and are not therapy or childcare.
No. Children with sensory needs are welcome during all Open Play sessions. Sensory Friendly Play is simply an optional quieter experience.
Activities
Organized activities are short-term enrichment experiences such as creative labs, movement play, or STEM exploration. They are optional, scheduled, and not childcare.
Yes. To maintain a flexible, enrichment-based model, children may participate in up to 8 total activity hours per week.
Yes. Activity hours reset weekly on Sunday at 11:59 PM.
Memberships & Pricing
No. All memberships are month-to-month, with no long-term contracts. You may pause or cancel at any time.
No. Early Bird and Sensory Friendly Play are standalone sessions and are not included in membership or session packs.
Policies
Yes. Grip socks are required in play areas for safety. Families may bring their own or purchase them at check-in.
No. Late-evening and weekend events are special, time-limited recreational events and are not childcare services. Participation counts toward weekly activity limits when applicable.
Sessions have fixed start and end times. Late arrivals or overstays may result in reduced play time or additional charges to maintain fairness and safety.
