Program Overview & Philosophy
Different ways of learning. One inclusive place to grow.
Every child learns and participates differently. Our structured program uses a Montessori-inspired learning structure with small groups, predictable routines, and purposeful play, so children have room to watch, try, connect, and grow at a level that feels right for them.
Children learn by watching, observing, practicing, and participating. A child may observe another child or adult demonstrate an activity, then choose to participate in their own way. We call it inclusive modeling and mirroring.
Watch → Mirror → Practice → Participate
- ✓ No diagnosis required. Children with different abilities, interests, learning styles, and sensory preferences are welcome.
- ✓ Children participate at their own pace: observe first, join in an alternative way, or take an appropriate break.
- ✓ Families become part of an inclusive community, not just a drop-off line.
Monday – Wednesday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM • Wednesday – Friday 1:00 – 5:00 PM
A Day in the Program
Each session combines sensory exploration, circle time, movement, social interaction, hands-on enrichment, purposeful play, and school-setting skill practice, in the same predictable order every day.
Circle Time + School Readiness
Circle Time gives children a chance to practice participating in a group setting while experiencing predictable routines.
Listen → Participate → Respond → Transition → Repeat
